Extra thick hair has extra density, and extra long would be considered past the shoulder. Short hair is considered to be less than 3 inches. If your hair is currently long and you are going short, please select the long cut and any future maintenance would be considered a short cut. A standard long cut with style is 60 minutes, there's an additional charge if more time is needed either for extra thick or long hair - or if extra time is needed for your consultation. This is where we will take a small strand of your hair from an inconspicuous place on your head, usually in the nape area and actually test out what we would do for your service. This is a great way to test and see the actual condition of your hair and how it will take certain colors, and what it can or cannot handle. This service is a MUST for color corrections. You can either stay and wait for the results or you can "drop your hair off", and I will test your hair ASAP and can text or email you the results, I will try to do it that same day, we will discuss this when you come in.
