Hi, I'm Jacki! I have been in the beauty business since 1999, and have been in several salons over the years, but now operate my very own salon- Suite 211 at Luxx Salon Suites in Westland! My private suite has a relaxing spa like feel, and I want each and every one of my clients to have a personal and fantastic experience! I strive for 5 star service, for EVERY service. I specialize in Curly Hair, Cutting, Keratin Smoothing Treatments, and Hair Color- especially advanced techniques like color corrections, blonding, balayage and vivid rainbow colors. I regularly take continuing education classes to stay up to date with the latest techniques, products, and trends. I only use professional products, and am certified with several brands including Wella, K18 Hair, GKHair, EasiHairPro, Barbacide, Malibu, and Aveda. I also have been a licensed nail tech for 26 years, but am not accepting new nail clients. I think of my job as a craft and myself as an artist- with both hair and nails.
CANCELLATION POLICY
❤️PLEASE READ❤️ Please cancel 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged 50% of whatever service you were booked for. You can cancel or reschedule via the confirmation emails and texts that you will recieve after booking. Please opt in to the notifications to recieve these. If you no call and no show- you will be charged 100% and require non refundable pre-payment for any future bookings. If you cancel 3 times in a row, you will no longer be able to book in advance and will be only be offered same day appointments. Although this may seem harsh- I must enforce these policies to ensure that my time is respected as much as I respect yours. ❤️
